The aim of this paper is to show how Biomimetic processes are able to realize a innovative design product. The Biomimetic design is indeed a recent research area and it has applied in several academic subjects as a field: for example Design, Tissue Engineering, Bioengineering, Aeronautics, Space Science and Biomaterials.

The study considers the Biomimetic because it represents an alternative model to development products.

Science and technologies are applied in whatever filed of the man life, they represent the key element for economic growth.

Today we are assisting to a transformation of the identity of the nature throught technological innovation and the sciences. These disciplines operate a redefinition of the rules and they are founding it new. These rules are far from the necessary scientific rigor because they don’t take care of them, they are leaving a decisive imprint on the future evolution of the man. In this situation the ecological matter and the proposal to employ "soft technology” are deveopping.

The Biomimetic design takes advantage the potentialities offered by the nature. The discoveries that happen in technology and sciences fields are a profit tool able to define a sustainable process development.
