Fuji Film is a leading-edge company that provides top-quality products and services that contribute to the advancement of culture, science, technology and industry as well as improved health and environmental protection in society. Fuji Film’s goal is to enhance the quality of life of people worldwide. Currently, Fuji Film has an Aladdin Digital Photo Center, an easy-to-use self-service imaging kiosk, which provides a reliable printer that can produce high quality prints quickly with minimal staff maintenance and low service costs. However, the Aladdin Digital Photo Center Kiosk can be difficult for some users. Therefore, in this paper we report on a series of user trial to measure the performance and usability of existing interface design of Fuji Film-Aladdin Digital Photo Center Kiosk. Which, lead to develop a new prototype interface design to improve the navigation, ease of use for the users and discover the proper design strategies for a photo kiosk, based up on analyzing exiting interface design and usability survey.
